A structured reference for comparing Luxota’s three commercial levels: 14-Day Live Portal Preview, ShareHub White Label, and Luxota Full OTA — including feature access, deposits, fees, activations, upgrade rules, and commercial boundaries.
Use this page when you need the detailed comparison behind the See → Sell → Scale pathway.
Luxota’s commercial structure moves agencies from preview to selling and then into full OTA operations. Each level has different access, cost logic, and operational depth.
Entry stage for evaluation and preparation before commercial activation.
First commercial product for agencies ready to sell online with lower operational complexity.
Advanced commercial product for agencies ready to scale into a full OTA operating model.
This table shows what is available, blocked, included, or subject to activation under each commercial level. It should be treated as the primary comparison reference.
The table is a commercial explanation, not a replacement for the final agreement. Final availability depends on signed contract, technical readiness, supplier approval, payment gateway approval, activation scope, and applicable tax rules.
Deposit names must stay clear because each deposit has a different purpose and applies to a different commercial model.
Used to purchase Luxota-provided ShareHub supply under ShareHub White Label. Unused balance may be released after settlement review.
USD 1,000 used as the operational balance for segment fees and approved Luxota-related operational deductions.
USD 1,000 held to protect against outstanding balances, chargebacks, refund obligations, penalties, disputes, and unresolved liabilities.
ShareHub White Label is the first commercial product after preview. It helps agencies start selling without direct supplier integration or Full OTA operating complexity.
This is a non-refundable monthly access fee. It is not a deposit, service balance, Full OTA credit, or future usage credit.
Segment fees do not apply under ShareHub White Label. Segment fees apply only under Luxota Full OTA.
First two standard supported gateway setups are included. Later replacement or new setup is charged separately.
This model does not include direct supplier API integration or open access to all ShareHub suppliers.
Full OTA is the advanced commercial product for agencies ready for direct suppliers, Trustee, segment-based operation, and channel expansion.
Segment fees are deducted from the agency’s Refundable Operational Deposit / operational balance. They do not apply to Live Preview or ShareHub White Label.
Segment fees are taxable operational charges and are subject to 5% UAE VAT in accordance with UAE tax regulations.
Supplier and gateway activation requests are subject to technical feasibility, documentation, third-party cooperation, compliance requirements, and Luxota approval.
USD 250 + 5% UAE VAT per approved supplier activation after technical feasibility review and approval.
USD 250 + 5% UAE VAT per approved new payment gateway activation after technical review.
After the first two included supported gateway setups, each replacement or new setup is USD 250 + 5% UAE VAT.
Bank, PSP, merchant account, transaction, compliance, settlement, and regulatory costs remain the agency’s responsibility.
Agencies may upgrade from Preview to White Label, from Preview directly to Full OTA, or from White Label to Full OTA. Upgrade depends on agreement, KYC review, deposit requirements, technical readiness, commercial approval, and activation planning.
These boundaries protect clarity and prevent misunderstanding of Luxota’s commercial model.
Refundable balances are subject to settlement review, permitted deductions, obligations, disputes, chargebacks, supplier penalties, taxes, and agreement terms.
It means Full OTA has no fixed annual software license. Commercial charges still apply through deposits, usage fees, VAT, and approved activation charges.
The 14-Day Live Portal Preview is for preparation and review. Payment, booking, issuance, wallet usage, and commercial fulfilment remain blocked.
This page explains the commercial model. Signed agreements, invoices, tax rules, and applicable legal terms define the binding rules.
