What “Luxota-provided ShareHub supply” means.

In ShareHub White Label, available ShareHub supply is provided by Luxota or Luxota’s appointed agency representative. This does not mean open access to all ShareHub suppliers, other agencies’ inventories, other ShareHub websites, third-party supplier APIs, or direct supplier integrations.

Monthly access fee

ShareHub White Label is charged at USD 100 per month plus 5% UAE VAT. This fee is non-refundable once the billing cycle starts and does not convert into service balance, deposits, Full OTA credit, or future usage.

Refundable Service Deposit

The Refundable Service Deposit is used to purchase Luxota-provided ShareHub supply. If the balance is insufficient, booking, issuance, or service confirmation may fail or remain unavailable until the balance is topped up.

Payment gateways

ShareHub White Label includes free standard setup for up to two supported payment gateways. Any replacement or additional setup after the two slots may be charged separately.

Agency responsibility

Manual services are created, priced, sold, operated, fulfilled, cancelled, and refunded by the agency. Luxota provides the technology layer only.
