What Live Portal Preview is
The 14-Day Live Portal Preview is the first step in Luxota's See → Sell → Scale pathway. It lets a qualified travel business see and review a real, branded Luxota travel portal before any commercial activation, so you can evaluate Luxota in practice rather than only from screenshots.
The preview is designed to be risk-free: there is no credit-card requirement and no upfront payment to request it.
Who can request a preview
Live Preview is available only to legally registered travel or tourism businesses. To request a preview you need a valid trade licence or legal activity licence related to travel or tourism.
During the request you should be ready to upload your trade licence (or valid tourism activity licence) and your company logo.
The GoLive request
You request a preview through the GoLive Process. It usually takes around 3 minutes and does not require credit-card registration or any upfront payment. The first step verifies your WhatsApp number by OTP, which Luxota also uses to send process and delivery notifications.

Subdomain and delivery
Your preview portal is launched on a temporary Luxota-managed subdomain on shubco.com (for example, youragency.shubco.com).
After you submit and your details are reviewed, the preview portal is delivered within 6 working hours, assuming the licence, logo, and information provided are complete and valid.
What you can do in the preview
- Review your branded portal, layout, and user experience
- Prepare content, pages, language, and images
- Prepare manual Service Categories
- Go through the search and booking journey up to the payment step
- Review the general Back Office structure
What is blocked during preview
Live Preview is for evaluation and preparation, not commercial activation. During the preview you cannot:
- Issue services or tickets
- Process real commercial payments
- Complete supplier bookings or commercial fulfilment
- Use wallet or Trustee balance
- Use mobile app / PWA access
You can reach the payment step in the booking journey, but payment and issuance remain blocked until you upgrade to ShareHub White Label or Luxota Full OTA.
Real supplier data
Where applicable, the preview is connected to real supplier coverage. Availability and pricing are accurate and reflect what you would receive in ShareHub White Label mode — the preview is not demo or simulated data.
Even so, the preview is not commercially activated, so payment and issuance stay disabled, and supplier coverage or availability may change over time.
Choosing your base currency
Choose your base currency carefully during the preview. This setting affects the portal's accounting and financial structure and continues into ShareHub White Label or Luxota Full OTA after an upgrade.
It cannot be freely changed later. Changing the base currency may require removing the whole website and creating a new one, which can remove existing data.
Custom domain
During the preview, your portal runs on the temporary shubco.com subdomain. Connecting your own custom domain is normally handled after a commercial upgrade or by Luxota sales approval.
Preview period and what happens after
The preview runs for up to 14 days. At the end you can upgrade to ShareHub White Label, upgrade to Luxota Full OTA, or stop.
If you do not upgrade, the preview may be suspended or kept for a limited period under Luxota's internal policy. Luxota does not host preview portals indefinitely for free.
Upgrading and data continuity
Upgrading is possible but not automatic. It depends on the agreement, business review (KYC), wallet and deposit requirements, technical readiness, and commercial approval.
When you upgrade, your preview setup is not deleted — the same setup continues and the service is upgraded to the selected package. The exception is changing foundational settings such as the base currency, which may require rebuilding the website and can remove existing data.
Fees and guarantees
There is no fee at the preview request stage. Commercial charges apply only after you upgrade to a paid product, as set out in the ShareHub White Label Terms or Luxota Full OTA Terms.
Live Preview is an evaluation step. It is not a guarantee of sales, profit, customer traffic, supplier approval, or that any specific supplier service will remain available.
