What ShareHub White Label is
ShareHub White Label lets your agency start selling online through its own branded website, using its own payment gateway and Luxota-provided ShareHub supply. The customer-facing portal experience is similar to Luxota Full OTA, but the operational depth is different: White Label is designed for agencies that want to begin selling with lower operational pressure, before taking on direct suppliers and full OTA responsibilities.

To connect your own direct suppliers, mobile app, API OUT, or wider sales channels, your agency would upgrade to Luxota Full OTA, subject to technical feasibility and approval.
Fees and billing
ShareHub White Label is USD 100 per month plus 5% UAE VAT, paid every 3 months — a standard billing cycle of USD 300 + 5% UAE VAT per 3-month period. This monthly fee is a platform access fee for the White Label product. It is not a deposit, a service balance, a Settlement Wallet balance, or a future usage credit.
There is no segment fee under ShareHub White Label. Segment fees apply only under Luxota Full OTA. Full billing terms are set out in the Billing & Payment Terms.
Payment gateways
Every site uses its own payment gateway; one site cannot use another agency's gateway. White Label includes up to two supported payment gateways, with the first activation included. Later gateway replacements or additional approved setups are charged at USD 250 + 5% UAE VAT per approved setup.
Card payments your customers make through your gateway may carry an online payment surcharge, set out in the Payment Surcharge Policy.
Domain and migration
Your White Label portal launches on a Luxota-managed shubco.com subdomain. ShareHub White Label includes one custom domain migration from that subdomain to your own domain at no extra charge.
Each later domain change is charged at USD 100 + 5% UAE VAT per change, subject to approval and technical feasibility.
ShareHub supply model
White Label uses Luxota-provided ShareHub supply — travel services distributed by Luxota or its appointed agency representative under the White Label model. This is not open access to all ShareHub suppliers, to other agencies' inventory, to other ShareHub websites, or to direct supplier APIs.
Direct Travel API Supplier integration is available under Luxota Full OTA, subject to supplier contracts, credentials, technical feasibility, and approval. Supplier approval is not automatic or guaranteed.
Settlement Wallet and prepaid issuance
All Luxota service operations are prepaid. Your traveler pays your agency through your own payment gateway, but to issue a service through ShareHub supply your agency must hold sufficient balance in its Settlement Wallet. If the Settlement Wallet does not have enough balance, the service cannot be issued.
The Settlement Wallet is used for service settlement between agencies and is separate from the Platform Wallet, which covers Luxota platform charges. The two wallets cannot be used interchangeably. Wallet structure is detailed in the Billing & Payment Terms.
Upgrading to Full OTA
When your agency is ready for direct suppliers, Trustee operations, wider sales channels, mobile app, and API OUT, you can upgrade to Luxota Full OTA. On upgrade, your site setup is not deleted — the same setup continues and the service is upgraded to the selected package. Upgrade depends on agreement, business review, wallet and deposit requirements, technical readiness, and commercial approval.
Foundational settings such as the site's base currency should be chosen carefully at the start, because changing them later may require rebuilding the website, which can remove existing data.
Term, termination and refunds
Termination requires 3 months' notice, followed by up to 1 month for final settlement and balance release — up to 4 months in total. Remaining wallet balances are refundable after termination according to the contract timeline, subject to settlement review.
Refundable does not mean immediately refundable. Before release, Luxota may review outstanding obligations, unpaid fees, deductions, chargebacks, disputes, supplier penalties, taxes, and other unresolved liabilities. Refund and release terms are set out in the Refunds & Renewals Policy.
