Low-friction commercial selling model.

ShareHub White Label is the first commercial product after preview. It helps agencies start selling without direct supplier integration or Full OTA operating complexity.

USD 100/month + 5% UAE VAT

This is a non-refundable monthly access fee. It is not a deposit, service balance, Full OTA credit, or future usage credit.

Segment Fees

No segment fee

Segment fees do not apply under ShareHub White Label. Segment fees apply only under Luxota Full OTA.

Segment fees are taxable operational charges and are subject to 5% UAE VAT in accordance with UAE tax regulations.

Third-party costs

Agency responsibility

Bank, PSP, merchant account, transaction, compliance, settlement, and regulatory costs remain the agency’s responsibility.

Upgrade is possible, but not automatic.

Agencies may upgrade from Preview to White Label, from Preview directly to Full OTA, or from White Label to Full OTA. Upgrade depends on agreement, KYC review, deposit requirements, technical readiness, commercial approval, and activation planning.

Important rules before making a decision.

These boundaries protect clarity and prevent misunderstanding of Luxota’s commercial model.

Refundable does not mean immediately refundable.

Refundable balances are subject to settlement review, permitted deductions, obligations, disputes, chargebacks, supplier penalties, taxes, and agreement terms.

Pay-as-you-go does not mean free.

It means Full OTA has no fixed annual software license. Commercial charges still apply through deposits, usage fees, VAT, and approved activation charges.

Preview is not commercial activation.

The 14-Day Live Portal Preview is for preparation and review. Payment, booking, issuance, wallet usage, and commercial fulfilment remain blocked.

Commercial Pathway

Luxota follows a See → Sell → Scale pathway. Agencies can first preview a live branded portal, then start selling through ShareHub White Label, and finally scale into Luxota Full OTA when they are ready for direct suppliers, Trustee, 8 sales channels, and Pay-as-you-go operations.
The three levels are: 14-Day Live Portal Preview, ShareHub White Label, and Luxota Full OTA. The first is an entry stage for preview and preparation. The second is a low-friction commercial selling model. The third is the full OTA operating model with Pay-as-you-go structure.
Yes. Agencies that are ready for full operations may upgrade directly from the 14-Day Live Portal Preview to Luxota Full OTA, subject to agreement, deposit requirements, technical readiness, commercial approval, and activation scope.

14-Day Live Portal Preview

Yes. It is a real branded portal environment, normally launched on a Luxota/Shubco-managed subdomain. It allows the agency to preview and prepare its portal before commercial activation.
No. The preview is not commercially activated. Payment collection, ticket issuance, supplier booking, wallet usage, Trustee balance usage, and commercial fulfilment remain blocked during this stage.
Yes. Agencies can prepare or display manual services such as tours, visas, packages, or local services. However, these services are not commercially activated during the preview and cannot be processed as paid transactions through the portal.
At the end of the preview period, the agency can upgrade to ShareHub White Label, upgrade to Luxota Full OTA, or close/suspend the preview. If the agency does not upgrade, Luxota may suspend, archive, or remove the preview environment.

ShareHub White Label

ShareHub White Label is Luxota’s first commercial product. It allows agencies to start selling through their own branded website using supported payment gateways, manual services, and Luxota-provided ShareHub supply.
No. ShareHub White Label has no segment fee. Segment fees apply only under Luxota Full OTA.
ShareHub White Label is charged at USD 100 per month plus 5% UAE VAT. This is the Monthly White Label Access Fee. It is non-refundable once the billing cycle starts and does not convert into service balance, deposits, Full OTA credit, or future usage.
No. Direct supplier API integration is not available under ShareHub White Label. Supplier activation is available under Luxota Full OTA after technical feasibility review and approval.
Luxota-provided ShareHub supply means travel services distributed by Luxota or its appointed agency representative under the ShareHub White Label model. It does not mean open access to all ShareHub suppliers, other agencies’ inventory, other ShareHub websites, or direct supplier APIs.

Luxota Full OTA

Luxota Full OTA is the advanced commercial product for agencies ready to scale beyond a branded website. It supports direct supplier activation, Trustee financial operations, usage-based segment fees, 8 sales channels, advanced payment gateway options, and Pay-as-you-go operations.
No. Luxota Full OTA has no annual software license fee, no monthly platform access fee, no separate hosting fee, and no separate standard support fee. The model is based on refundable deposits, usage-based segment fees, and approved activation charges.
The 8 sales channels are Website, Mobile App, ShareHub, White Label, Meta Search, Licence Reseller, API OUT, and Luxota ShareHub Supplier. Access to each channel is subject to activation scope, technical readiness, commercial approval, product availability, third-party requirements, and contract terms.
Yes. Direct supplier activation is available under Luxota Full OTA after technical feasibility review and approval. Each approved supplier activation is charged at USD 250 plus 5% UAE VAT.

Fees, Deposits & Pay-as-you-go

Pay-as-you-go means the agency does not pay a fixed annual software license fee or monthly platform access fee. Instead, the agency starts with refundable deposits and pays usage-based segment fees when issued or confirmed operational services are processed.
Luxota Full OTA requires a USD 1,000 Refundable Operational Deposit and a USD 1,000 Refundable Security Deposit. These deposits are subject to settlement review and applicable agreement terms.
Segment fees apply only under Luxota Full OTA. Flights are USD 0.85 per passenger, hotels are USD 0.85 per guest, tours are USD 1.50 per traveler, and visas are USD 1.50 per applicant. Segment fees are subject to 5% UAE VAT.
No. Refundable means eligible for release after settlement review and deduction of any outstanding obligations, permitted charges, supplier actions, refunds, penalties, chargebacks, taxes, or liabilities. Refundable does not mean immediately refundable.

Payment Gateway, VAT & Responsibility

In Luxota’s standard model, the payment gateway belongs to the agency/site. The agency is normally the Merchant of Record for payments collected through its own gateway, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Yes. A 5% UAE VAT applies to taxable fees and charges in accordance with UAE tax regulations. Deposits, balances, deductions, and invoices are managed according to applicable tax rules through Trustee.
Manual services are created, priced, sold, operated, fulfilled, cancelled, and refunded by the agency. Luxota provides the technology layer only and is not responsible for service delivery, supplier fulfilment, customer disputes, visa outcomes, tour execution, or manual service liabilities.

Support, Suspension & Termination

Luxota uses structured support through tickets, AI assistance, Help Center resources, Knowledge Base content, Academy resources, and official support channels. WhatsApp groups are not part of the standard operational support model.
If the monthly fee is not paid by the due date, Luxota may suspend the website and related services. Luxota may retain the agency’s configuration and data for up to 60 days after suspension, after which data may be archived, removed, or deleted according to the data retention policy.
Luxota Full OTA requires a three-month written termination notice. After the notice period ends, Luxota has one additional month to complete settlement review and release eligible refundable balances, subject to outstanding balances, refunds, chargebacks, supplier penalties, disputes, or unresolved obligations.
