ShareHub
The B2B Supply Layer of LuxotaOS

ShareHub is a closed B2B network where Luxota agencies can share, receive, and distribute sellable API and manual travel services through controlled point-to-point connections.

Core Principle Not an open marketplace.

Your inventory is never exposed automatically. Every ShareHub connection is point-to-point, created through token exchange between two agencies.

// Why ShareHub Matters

Supply is one of the hardest problems for online travel agencies.

To compete online, agencies need access to multiple suppliers, destinations, services, routes, and product types. But direct supplier contracts require time, trust, deposits, technical integration, and operational capacity.

For agencies that need supply

Expand inventory without signing every direct supplier.

ShareHub allows an agency to receive travel services from selected agencies inside the Luxota Community and use that inventory in its own activated channels.

For agencies that have supply

Monetize selected inventory through B2B partners.

Agencies with strong suppliers or unique inventory can share selected services with selected agencies and create a new B2B sales opportunity.

The core commercial idea

Every agency can become both a supplier and a buyer.

An agency may receive services from one partner and share its own services with another. In ShareHub, roles are defined per connection, not permanently assigned to the agency.

// Closed Network Model

ShareHub is controlled B2B supply, not public marketplace exposure.

This distinction is critical. ShareHub does not automatically expose agency inventory across the entire network.

Open Marketplace Thinking
ShareHub Logic
Inventory may be broadly visible

// Deep Concept

Point-to-point, not network-wide exposure.

ShareHub connections are created through token exchange between two agencies. Inventory is shared only between the connected parties and is not automatically exposed to the entire Luxota Community.

// Who Can Use ShareHub

Different Luxota models use ShareHub differently.

ShareHub access depends on the commercial model, agreement scope, activation status, and operational readiness.

Broadest Access

Luxota Full OTA

Full OTA agencies receive the broadest ShareHub access. They can act as both service receivers and service providers inside the network.

Limited Access

ShareHub White Label

ShareHub White Label can receive supply only from the mother OTA or Luxota-provided ShareHub supply, depending on the commercial model.

Preview Only

14-Day Live Portal Preview

ShareHub services may be visible for preview purposes only. They cannot be purchased or issued because Preview is not commercially activated.

// Service Types

API and manual services in one supply layer.

ShareHub is designed for sellable travel services, not passive content sharing. Services shared through ShareHub should be commercially usable and operationally bookable.

Important service rule

Manual services inside ShareHub should be instant bookable inside the platform. API services should support the operational booking flow depending on the supplier capability and service type.

// API Supplier Integrations

Connect JSON or XML supplier APIs.

Luxota can implement supplier APIs for Full OTA agencies, subject to supplier documentation, technical feasibility, supplier readiness, and approval where needed. The agency owns the commercial relationship with its supplier; Luxota provides the technical integration layer.

// Manual Services

Not every travel product is API-driven.

ShareHub supports manually defined services such as charters, tours, visas, packages, DMC services, local services, and other sellable products that agencies can configure and share.

Manual service data may include

  • Price and availability
  • Cancellation policy
  • Markup and validity dates
  • Description, images and documents
  • Service rules and booking conditions
  • Fulfilment details

Fulfilment responsibility

The consumer agency remains the customer-facing seller, while the supplier agency remains responsible to the consumer agency according to their B2B agreement.

Cancellation and refund handling

Cancellation and refund handling should follow the supplier agency’s rules and the B2B agreement between the connected agencies.

// Pricing, Markup & Fees

Both sides may create commercial value.

The supplier agency may add its own markup before sharing services. The consumer agency may also add its own markup before selling to its own customers or downstream partners.

Supplier Agency

May add supplier-side markup

The supplier agency can define the shared price, markup, and commercial terms for each consumer agency.

Consumer Agency

Controls final customer price

The consumer agency controls the final price shown on its website, app, White Label, API OUT, or other activated channel.

Luxota Fee

ShareHub transaction fee

Luxota charges USD 0.50 from the buyer and USD 0.50 from the seller on issued ShareHub transactions.

// Settlement & Trustee

ShareHub can work with direct settlement or Trustee.

Trustee is optional in ShareHub, but it becomes useful when agencies want more structured wallet, invoice, transaction record, and settlement control.

Option 01

Direct settlement

Agencies settle directly with each other. If they do this, Luxota is not responsible for financial disputes, unpaid balances, payment delays, credit issues, or settlement disagreements.

Option 02

Trustee settlement

Trustee can provide a structured wallet, invoice, transaction record, and settlement layer when agencies want more controlled financial operations.

Explore Trustee →

Trustee does not automatically create credit.

If the buyer’s Trustee balance is insufficient and no supplier credit is available, the booking may fail. Credit or purchase limits may be defined by the supplier agency.

// ShareHub and Distribution

ShareHub inventory can power activated sales channels.

When an agency receives inventory through ShareHub, that inventory becomes usable inside the consumer agency’s own activated sales channels — including Website, Mobile App Experience, White Label Distribution, API OUT, Meta Search, B2B, B2C, and other activated Full OTA channels.

// Responsibilities & Risk Boundaries

ShareHub creates supply access. Agencies remain responsible for commercial relationships.

Luxota provides the technical infrastructure. It is not normally the commercial party in the B2B deal between connected agencies unless separately agreed.

Luxota provides

  • Technical infrastructure
  • Connection layer
  • ShareHub platform logic
  • API and manual service enablement
  • Platform policy and security controls
  • Trustee where applicable

Agencies remain responsible for

  • Partner selection and due diligence
  • Supplier quality and fulfilment
  • Pricing, markup, refunds and cancellations
  • Customer support and B2B agreements
  • Direct settlement risks where Trustee is not used
  • Commercial reliability of their chosen partners

Important risk boundary

Luxota does not guarantee supplier quality, service fulfilment, refund performance, support performance, pricing accuracy, financial settlement, or commercial reliability between agencies.

// Governance & Future Trust Layer

ShareHub is controlled today, and may become more trust-scored tomorrow.

ShareHub currently does not include a public supplier rating, trust score, verified badge, or performance score system. Agencies must perform their own due diligence before entering ShareHub relationships.
